This web is an online platform that acts as registration management for the Iberian COMSOL Multiphysics Conference 2026, that will take place on June 26 2026.
The technical organization of Iberian COMSOL Multiphysics Conference 2026 and the management of the online platform is carried out by the local committee (hereinafter, the ORGANIZER).
PREAMBLE
Before using the services proposed by the organizer, the User must agree to read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") regulate the use and access to the website owned by The organizer that may be enabled.
Acceptance of these T&C implies a binding contractual relationship between you and the Organizer.
Please note that accessing the platform implies the knowledge and acceptance of the following T&C. Furthermore, by registering as a User, you agree to fully respect this agreement and acknowledge to be fully informed of all the contained provisions. In case of non-acceptance of all terms included in these T&C, you will not be able to continue with the contracting process and you will not be able to make use of the services offered by the Organizer.
These rules have been adopted in accordance with current legislation to guarantee the freedom of users and a quality Internet service.
By accepting these terms and conditions, Users grant express consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, regarding Personal Data Protection and digital rights.
Likewise, all registered users guarantee that all personal the data provided is exact, truthful and undertake to notify the Organizer of any change or modification thereof.
The organizer reserves, without being obliged to do so, the right to request any official information in order to verify the veracity of the personal data provided.
In the event that a registered User provides false, inaccurate or incomplete data or, if the Organizer has reasonable grounds to doubt its veracity, access to the use of the platform may be denied and cancelation of all contracts may apply without prejudice to the right of filing for the corresponding legal actions.
DEFINITIONS
The Organizer: Service provider in charge of managing the Web in association with Iberian COMSOL Multiphysics Conference 2026.
T&C: Terms and Conditions of Use established by this contract applicable, without restriction or limitation, to all the services proposed by the Organizer.
User Account: Basic services (Profile, Email) that allow the User to have an identity on the platform and interact.
Services: Refers to the set of services, paid or free, available to users of the Web, whose objective is to provide users with information on the event.
User: Internet user over 18 who has accepted these T&C.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Purpose of this agreement
This platform is an online platform that acts as registration management for the Iberian COMSOL Multiphysics Conference 2026, that will be held on the June 26 2026. Its purpose is to offer a virtual space where users can register for the conference.
To register for the services offered by the organizer, users must complete the registration and / or subscription process. Users may access from within the Web.
Users who have not accepted this contract and completed all the information fields will not be able to continue the registration process. Completing the registration process implies for all purposes the acceptance of the offer made available by the organizer and the conclusion of the contract.
Contractual data, including these Terms and Conditions are archived by the organizer. Users will be able to read and find these T&C on the web, where a current version will be published at all times. The requested data uppon registration will be identity and contact data, job position and in the event of purchasing also economic data, depending on the payment method chosen.
2. Access conditions
2.1 Requirements to be a user
The User must have legal capacity to contract as established by the Spanish Civil Code. In addition, to be able to use the platform of the Iberian COMSOL Multiphysics Conference 2026, the User must accept these Terms & Conditions fully and expressly. Likewise, all Registered Users guarantee that the personal data provided to the Organizer is true and exact and undertake to notify any change or modification thereof.
The Organizer does not have the technical and / or legal means to verify the accuracy of the intended identity of Users and is not responsible for the accuracy or inaccuracy of the provided information.
However, if doubts about the accuracy of the information provided by the user arise, or in the event that third parties or other users communicate information that regarding identity theft or the submitting of false information about identity,

Request valid legal identity proof to the User.
In the event that the user does not proceed to send such proving document within 8 days, or if it is verified that there has been an identity theft or that falsen harming information to third parties has been submitted, the User will be made liable for violation of these T&C and the contract may be lawfully terminated.
2.2 Registration form
It is mandatory to complete the registration process successfully and, in particular, fill in the corresponding form to be able to use the platform and establish the contractual link with the Organizer.
2.3 User account
Whenever a User complies with all necessary registry requirement, a User account will be made available. Users may access their account by introducing their personal password and ID. This information must be strictly personal and remain confidential.
Users are solely responsible for the correct usage and custody of their registry information. The Organizer will not be made liable for the missplacement or physhing of these elements of identification by third parties or for the actions or statements made by the Users while using their accounts.
The equipment (hardware, software, etc.) and the communication costs necessary to access the services will always be borne by the user.
The usage of other people’s names or entities is prohibited. The same applies to the usage of registered names or trademarks; or the use of offensive, vulgar and obscene names.
2.3 User account management
Users, by accessing their Account submitting the name and password provided during registration, will be able to manage all the operations regarding the offered services.
Users may consult and / or modify at alls time their personal information linked to the personal Account.
All Users transactions will appear in their personal Account for permanent consultation.
2.4 Cancellation of the User Account
Users are free to cancel their Account at any time. The right to suspend or terminate access to the services is reserved, in case of breaching of these Terms and Conditions or after malicious use of the services.
Users may request the deletion of their personal data by sending an e-mail to the address congresos591@viajeseci.es attaching valid legal identification for the purposes of verification of their identity.
3. Contracting Process
3.1 Registration
To access the services offered by the Organizer, either paid or free, it will always be necessary for the User to register, and therefore, personal data will be collected. The User hereby states to accept and understand that in order to access the offered services, the provision of the required data is necessary. The User submitts all data freely and voluntarily and hereby expressly authorizes the Organizer, to process the provided data in order to carry out the contracted service.
3.2 Protection, Collection and Processing of the User's Personal Data
The Organizer declares that the personal data provided by the user will always be processed in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force on the matter. With special observance of LO 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), R (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on the Services of the Information Society and electronic commerce.
By accepting these contracting terms, the User expressly and unequivocally consents to the processing of all personal data submitted for the purposes of providing the contracted services, as well as the managing the sending of advertising regarding the Organizer.
By installing and using the platform, you agree to the organizer collecting, using, registering and storing information related to your user settings, software and equipment attributes, IP addresses, location, connection and interaction errors. The Organizer may use this information to improve the default settings and performance of the platform / application.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation at any time by communicating this request and attaching valid legal identification to the email congresos591@viajeseci.es, indicating in the subject “Request to exercise the rights related to the protection of data".
The user authorizes the organizer and Organizer which act as ‘Data Joint Controllers’, to process all the data submitted. Additionally, users' express consent will be requested for appropriate authorisation of Data transfer to the third companies organizing the different Congress Workshops.
3.3 Specific Contracting Conditions. Content Ownership.
Users, by the act of uploading or publishing content onto the Platform owned by the Organizer, grant a worldwide license, free from the payment of industrial and intellectual property rights that enable the Organizer to use, reproduce, process, link, publish, store, transmit, display and distribute such content by all means of communication existing and the present and in the future. The User expressly waives to file any subsequent claim against the Organizer for this concept.
4. Obligations and responsibilities of the User
4.1 Obligations of the User

- To comply with current regulations and not infringe public order.
- To respect the rights of Intellectual and / or Industrial Property.
- To not to harm in any way the operation of the services offered by the Organizer.
- To not broadcast or spread the content of communications and messages sent to Users by the means of service.
4.2 User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the use of the data they consult, request or communicate through their account.
Users undertake to hold harmless and, where appropriate, to compensate the Organizer for any sanction, fine, compensation, damage or loss derived from any claim of any kind or nature that may be derived directly or indirectly from the legal and / or contractual. obligations derived from these T&C.
The Organizer is not responsible for the content published by Users, nor does it respond to possible copyright infringements, being the User who must respond in any case to any infringement in this regard.
5. Obligations and Responsibilities of The Organizer
5.1 Obligations of The Organizer
The Organizer agrees to offer an online service in accordance with the laws.
5.2 Responsibility of The Organizer
The Organizer will not be made responsible in the event of scam, identity theft or other criminal offenses, neither will be made responsible for any attack on the image or privacy committed by Users through the platform / application.
In general, the Organizer is not responsible for the information given by users, nor its veracity, nor its authenticity, nor its accuracy, provided directly or through other means of subscription.
The Organizer will store content that may be related to possible infractions to communicate it to the legal authorities. Likewise, it will keep the data of users who unsubscribe in compliance with current regulations on the protection of Personal Data or any applicable regulations. Such data will in no case be related to the content uploaded by users, which will be removed immediately.
The Organizer does not guarantee that the services will work in the event of interruption of the user's Internet access or in the event of non-operation or poor access conditions caused by the Internet network jamming or for any other force majeure reasons, not attributable to the Organizer or its providers.
The Organizer cannot guarantee that its systems are foolproof and error free. In this sense, there is also no guarantee that the results of using these services will meet User’s expectations.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Rights of The Organizer
The contents related to trademarks, domains, logos, drawings or documentation, which include all kinds of software, computer programs, or any element subject to protection by the legislation on Industrial and / or Intellectual property, to the that the users and participants of the Iberian COMSOL Multiphysics Conference 2026, may have access to, are the property of the provider and all rights of use over them are expressly reserved.
Users may only use such material exclusively in the manner authorized by the owner.

7. Modification of the General Conditions of Use
The Organizer will have the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions / these T&C to adapt them to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as changes or practices in the economy or sector, taking into account at all times the legitimate interests of users, the User must periodically consult these conditions, Terms and Policies in order to check or ensure the existence of modifications or changes to them, taking as reference the date of the last upgrade. All without prejudice to the unaffected changes to the contracts already signed.
8. Applicable law
In accordance with the provisions of article 23 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (LSSICE), contracts entered into electronically such as this will be fully effective and they are foreseen for the legal system, provided that the consent and the other requirements for its validity concur.
These contracting conditions are available to all users of The organizer, free of charge. Access to the contracting process is completely free, without any additional associated cost, apart from the client's own Internet connection.
It is considered that the contracting is perfected once the user clicks the "I Agree" button, understanding that the monitoring of all phases of the electronic contracting procedure and the inclusion of all the requested data implies, together with the final express acceptance of the present conditions, a clear and direct manifestation of the will of the client to accept the present Terms & Conditions. The Organizer, as a provider of Information Society services, will store the electronic document in which this contract is formalized in a durable medium. Such electronic document will be accessible through the link provided to the User in the printable confirmation email.
9. Competent jurisdiction
For the resolution of controversies or issues related to these T&C, the Spanish legislation to which the parties expressly submit will apply. In the event of civil contracting, when one of the contracting parties acts in the CONSUMER position, the specific regulations for the Defense of Consumers and Users will apply.
Consumers and Users may resolve any dispute before the competent Court according to their place of residence or that of the registered office of Iberian COMSOL Multiphysics Conference 2026. In the event that Iberian COMSOL Multiphysics Conference 2026 is the party to initiate legal action against a consumer, the Courts of the jurisdiction of the domicile of said consumer will be competent.
In all cases of commercial contracting, the parties agree to submit to commercial jurisdiction in the Courts of Madrid.
10. Partial nullity
If any clause of these T&C is declared null or void by application of a law or regulation or by some competent authority, the aforementioned provision or clause will be deemed not to be in force, continuing the contract fully in force between the parties with respect to the other clauses, and must be interpreted in accordance with the contractual will expressed by the parties in this document.
11. Exercise of the Right of WITHDRAWAL Form
In accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users RD 1/2007, of November 16, Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of contractation.
In accordance with this rule, the term to withdraw will be extended to 12 months whenever the company has not complied with the duty of information and documentation on this Right.

Through this document, I exercise the right of withdrawal established in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users RD 1/2007, of November 16, regarding all contracts signed with PGRP2026, the date contract.
The resolution of contract that I hereby scommunicate to you, Is exercised within 14 calendar days from the date of contractation, in accordance with the aforementioned rule, which extends the term of the right of withdrawal to 12 months when the employer has not complied with the duty of information and documentation on this right.
